I met Kubra out the front of my studio late on Friday. With those eyes I had to take her portrait! Once her friends noticed they ran up the street so I got them in a shot also. To say thanks, I slipped her a fifty and asked her to buy the crew drinks from the milk bar next door. This shoot finished off my long day well :)

I got my Defender today so we took a few snaps on the X100. I think I’II photograph it properly soon :) Thanks to Michael & the rest of the crew at www.mlr.com.au

On Anzac Day I decided to go out early to photograph around the streets of my studio in Collingwood. I found this lovely family and asked to take a few snaps. I hope they email me so I can send them the high res files :)

I shot this for my folio while working on the international launch campaign back in ’07. Loved the H3 when it first came out so I booked the studio, lighting & crew to stay another day to help out on this front three quarter. I chose to shoot the entire job with my Fuji680 GX3 on 6×8 film with the 50mm. This was back in the days when you couldn’t shoot super wide angle, high res digital. I love film! Had a play with the yet to be released Phase One, IQ260 today. VERY IMPRESSIVE! :)
